62K and you need a new transmission already? How was the determination to replace it made? Sometimes what appears to be a bad tranny can be caused by a torque converter, clutch, or one or more dirty solenoids. If you're certain it needs a new transmission then it would probably be worth it, since the mileage on the vehicle is so low, and Honda Pilots seem to hold their value well.

Used transmissions can be a gamble. Make sure the warrant includes the labor to replace it if it goes bad or doesn't work. Any savings will be lost if you have to pay to get it removed/replaced twice. If you like it and plan on keeping it, I would say you should at least consider a rebuilt unit.
