How can I improve the hourspower on my 7th gen accord?

My accord is completely stalk I soon plan on putting a cold
air intake on it but what else could I do to get more hp out
of it.

The cold air intake does nothing. Save your money. A supercharger is the best way to get real power. Look at Comptech.
