2003 Honda Accord Coupe recently changed timing chain kit but still will not fire. Has no compression.

was it out of time as to why you replaced the chain and related componets?

I believed it was out of time due to the way it was running. Then it wouldn't start at all. My daughter had run it all but out of oil. I'm not a mechanic, but I know that the timing is dependent on oil pressure. When I replaced the components I found the chain to be fairly loose and easy to remove. I timed it when I put the parts in and it's all together. When I try to start it, it turns over fine. But there isn't any combustion. I've been reading here and realize I need to check the fuel quality and deliverance, check the plugs for fire and condition. So that's my first move.

I'm sorry I forgot, there is no indication that there is a compression issue. There is no combustion.

Timing is NOT dependent on oil pressure. It is dependent on the ignition in relation to the pistons position on each power stroke. Also the valves must be in the correct position, thats what the timing belt or chain is for. Oil pressure is not factored in. Do a compression test before doing anything. No compression can be caused by lack of oil.
