I have a 2000 Acura TL and its stalling and jerking when I accelerate, what exactly is that?

Sounds like air or fuel isn't making its way to the cylinders maybe. Could be bad gas, could be bad fuel pump, could be a bad gasket or even a cracked head. Not something you can easily diagnose over the internet. Take it in to your trusted import mechanic.

You can also try a handheld diagnostic tool from a place like autozone to see what code is present with the check engine light.
