Have a 2007 SR5 awd with 75000 miles that has a bent under pan that is difficult to remove and replace for oil filter changes. No longer use on backwoods roads. Can vehicle be used without?

Do you mean the skid plate? Yes you can remove it but I would buy a new one or a used one from a junk yard.
