Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car working fine all day until tonight when i went to start it. What it does: While starting it the start was slurred almost like a weak battery. The lights are as bright as they normally on upon starting. When the car did start the instrument panel did not register the gauges fluctuated. meaning the were jumpy while sitting in the normal off position. Once the car started the gauges took about 5 to 8 seconds to work correctly. I turned the car off attempted to start again same scenario. let it sit for about 15 min or so started with no problem. turned it off attempted again to have the same thing happen. Turned off auto headlights ran the car for a few no problem on restart .. then encountered the same problem as stated above.  Any clues? I do have a video of what is happening but the site from what i can see does not allow video uploads or at least none i can see. Thank you for your consideration
