My 2001 Acura MDX radio display is faded or blank and radio just stopped working? How do I fix it ?

There is a code that needs to be typed in.. someone just did that to my radio and it started working when i thought it was dead ...i dont know how to find the person who fixed my radio so i could ask him exactly what he did to it , but hopefully you can ask around with the tid bit of info i gave you and hopefully something will pan out for you. But I ts definitly a code. Check the owners manual to see what it says about fhat and go from there
