I have a buyer who says this website will allow him to finance through car
guru's. Is this true. If so, should I start the sales request?

This is done through AutoPay. I would not deal with any buyer who does not have the money lined up. Tell them they are wasting your time. It is up to the buyer to arrange financing, not the seller.
