2007 kia spectra leaking fuel, intermediate stalls

My car started to intermediately stall out at idle. Seems like once warmed up
it will idle for a few minutes then stall. It will fire right back up but do it again
after a couple of minutes. After changing plugs and wires I moved the car
and noticed there was gas leaking by the gas tank. I highly doubt it's a gas
line because it's a Florida car that doesn't have any rust. My gas tank is
almost full (about 2 gallons from full) any ideas on what it can be?

update- I drained tank to about a 1/4 tank and no more leaking and car stays running, at least for now.
I have the same problem on a 2009 spectra. Fuel leaking from a hose off of the evap system where it goes up into the frame to keep water out of it. Also stalls at idle and will restart each time
It's possible there is no cel because the ecm isn't seeing a loss of vacuum during the test. I was considering the evap valving as well seeing mine only stalls at idle and has no problems pulling. I have the timing belt tondo this weekend along with some front suspension parts. If I can get that done on Saturday I'll try and get the vacuum hose off of the intake. I will top off the tank again and if it starts acting up I can pull that hose and look for raw gas coming up into it.
