puff of air sound when hitting the brakes or taking foot off brakes and also screeching or grinding noise when turning left

every time i turn left there's a loud screeching noise like the brakes are on or
something is grinding together also after i take my foot off the brakes there is
a puff of air sound

When a cold car starts, especially when it is backing up, there will be abnormal noises on the right rear wheel, just like the sound of patch rubbing, which is very harsh.
