Driver side tail light and head light won’t come on brake lights won’t either

I have an 2007 Kia Optima and my brake
lights don’t come on at all and my front light
on the drivers side stoped working

Seems to me this is an issue with Kias I just had my brake bulbs replaced! The one it’s the second time they checked everything told me it was both bulbs blowed hmm same time both blowed seems odd to me ! I have A Kia Forte !
