I have a Kia sportsge 4wd v6 model and the
warning light has come on the dash board
what does this mean? How do I turn the light
off? What is the issue likely to be?

Your transfer case transfers some power from your rear axle to your front axle so that your vehicle is pushing and pulling at the same time . Your warning light comes on when you have a broken chain or belt inside your transfer case or you have a bad solenoid in your transfer case
