my hummer sometimes will not start, wait ten minutes and it starts

I had this problem too. You need to clean the key with cotton and alcohol,not to scratch, especially in the key cavity which will be black with dirt. Easy and no more problem

no, its the crankshaft position sensor guys. real easy fix behind the starter.
