Did you already check the battery condition? Load test or just see what you have for voltage?

Yes, I even went and bought a new battery, but when I put the key in the ignition its not making a clicking noise or nothing.

Would see if you have voltage going to starter. If not then check fuses/relay. If you do have voltage going to starter give it a tap with a piece of wood and see if it kicks over while an assistant tries to crank. Other than that it's got to be bench tested if all else fails to check starter.
