Have a shop perform a diagnosis of the electrical system, you have what is called a 'parasitic draw'. Usually one circuit of the car is drawing power when it shouldn't, draining your batteries. It could also be a charging issue, but your battery light would be illuminated on the dash, but you didn't mention that.

Definitely have the charging system tested. Sounds like the alternator could be overcharging the battery. When this happens the battery gasses and the acid basically boils out and kills the battery. You should be able to smell that. It'll be a pungent odor near the battery. This gas is flammable so don't smoke when poking around the battery!! HTH. -Jim
