Did the dealer do it or an authorizes service center? They have to program the part to work together or they just don't.

Hi, what will make my 2006 range rover with 114k miles be slow in selecting gear and on high ways it won't go more than 120miles /hours... And the Rpm wouldn't go more than 3???
