Cranks but won’t start any solutions?

My rover just got a head job done to
it. It legit won’t start unless a
computer starts it once it’s hooked up
but when I turn the key and try to
start it. It just cranks and won’t start
please help.

Sound,s like a ECM issue,doe,s it have stored code,s,if so this may be your issue,
