See my Post on this site April 3 2012 for "2004 Acura TL Hands free Link Fix that worked for me for the Boot Up problem. Cost Free." on this web site. Sometimes it is a simple re-booting fix.

If it's not a simple fix like ^they^ said, it's fairly common for the whole unit to stop working and have to be replaced. I know a few people with 04-06 TLs that have had to replace the whole unit.
