My Acura TL won't start and the radiator fluid is not pumping thoghe the system

My Acura TL won't start and the radiator fluid is not  
pumping though the system please.and my engine
light is on I work at a auto body shop and I
scanned the car and it said throttel body sensor
and tranny position sensor.what could this be..and
o...the 02 sensor needs replacing please help me
why won't it start and I here knocking when it does
start it turns but want to stal and won't excelirate..

Throttle body sensor will prevent start. Coolant only circulates when engine is running as the water pump works based off engine. O2 sensor should not prevent start.
