Hi again David. Thanks for starting a new question. I still feel like it might have something to do with the transmission gear position switch that's probably causing your issues. These vehicles are know for issues with these switches. Key will only turn if gear selector is in park. So if you have it in park and the key wont turn then this switch would be the first thing I would look into.
