2000 Land Rover Car won't start

I have 2000 Land Rover Discovery II and Alarm is engaged and key will not
lock and unlocked the door to disengage the alarm therefore will not start the
car. Everything in car works, ie radio, etc but will not start the car. Can
someone help me with this please to let me know what I can do.

Try disconnecting battery for 10 seconds and before you connect battery again, turn ignition switch to on position and connect your battery while the key is still in the on position, this will desable the alarm

My 2000 land rover won't start makes a weird buzzing sound when I'm turning the key to start the enging all the light come on had a few jump starts a few times but have had no problem other than that.
