Asked by 1charlotte Jun 30, 2016 at 05:04 PM about the 2003 Jaguar X-TYPE 2.5L AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Red light came on last week overnight , very sluggish taking off. Had oil change
and fuel injection yesterday.  Pulling off is much better but still isn't right.  
Transmission fluid couldn't be checked due to sealed.

Took car to jaguar dealer...explained to them my concern for red transmission light on. They kept my car a week. They charged me 750 dollars. When I picked up my car, engine and transmission lights are still on. They said they replaced some wires. They couldn't repair tramission and said I need a new transmission. My car has 55,000 miles on it. HELP
