Could it be a relay or the AC auto amp/ display amp?

The blower motor relay is located behind the right front kick panel. In simpler terms, the right front kick panel is the plastic trim panel right next to the front passenger’s right foot. You’ll have to pull down the black plastic under-dash close-out panel, which is the panel directly above the passengers feet. Then remove the black plastic nut which secures the kick panel. From there, just pull the kick panel out of its mounting clips, (you’ll probably hear two pops). Behind where the kick panel was, you’ll see a blue cube looking part. That’s the blower motor relay. Try tapping or flicking the relay, as they occasionally just get stuck. This may allow your blower motor to run normally.
