Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When i first start my car in the morning, it makes a soft squealing noise until
the car warms up a little bit, which usually take about 2 minutes. What is that
noise, is it normal, and if it isnt how much would it cost to fix it? Thanks!

Also may be a belt that is slightly loose or its tensioner is weak.

usually it is caused by weak tentioner on the drive belt that runs the altinator. it only lasts a few minutes because thats the time it takes for the power to be replenished in the battery that was used during the starting process. also the drive belt may be worn out .
