doesn't start

our chevy doesn't have any lights on the dash
bored they won't turn on when u turn the key. the
radio doesn't turn on. also the truck doesn't turn
on. it doesn't click it does nothing we replaced the
battery and the starter. the head lights work and
when u open the door the lights on top work but
nothing elses

It sounds as if you have a wire loose somewhere such as a grounding strap. check all the connections.

The ground wires the one for the battery and there is a body ground wire that you will need to look for. Make sure the wires are in good condition and secured well. then look at the positive wire and make sure that one is in good condition.
