my subaru will not fire up but it wants to turn over

I changed the spark plugs and the coil 1,2 there is not spark and 3,4 there is a spark  would that make it not turn over.

I would say you either have a faulty coil or a poor earth as this type of ignition coil is a 'wasted spark' type and you have a spark on one side only then I would suspect the coil is at fault.

The starter is what keeps it turning over. If the spark plugs are getting spark then it's not the ignition coil. Check for good compression per cylinder. Also check for fuel delivery. If no spark but yet the plugs are getting wet with fuel then it may be a defective coil. Check the timing belt also to make sure it is still good. It may be broke or broke a tooth on the belt.
