I have a 2001 9-3 that would not star for nothing! It ended up being the control module. This part is very sensitive and a simple electric jot can damage it and affect other modules causing it not to start. Had to replace four for the vehicle to start. Usually, you turn the key, nothing happens and on mine the convertible top would not work, but the windows worked.
