i had the same issue. my mechanic changed the passenger blend door 'actuator', (part $310.00), had to remove passenger side of dash assembly install and reinstall for a total of $513.00 in labor. Another $108.00 to reclaim refrigerant and recharge system. Not sure if I was had, but I do have AC all around now. total $931.00.

can the blend door be reached and the duct work be changed by hand? and if not would you agree that all servos behind the dash should be replaced. Would you buy the factory units?
