Make sure the battery connections are clean and tight. If that does not fix it have the battery and alternator tested.

Thanks for replying but its not the battery or the alternator its the starter motor jammed i live on top of a hill and the tax has run out as its sorned but i need to run it so the thing dont start having probs due to no use the starter motor is clicking so i assumed it was the starter stuck what do you think, so i wont be able to get it back on the drive safe from the wardens if i run it down the hill if thats not the problem and it dont start
