why do the hood and trunk emblems loose paint

Hi Ed92626 how exactly you repaint yours emblemas? with needles? paint in spray? how you find colours of the paint? best!

hmm sounds reasonable, but how you find right colours? As I heard people from lacquers factory need a painted piece at least 10cm x 10cm as a example to prepeare colour. But I also find on intranet these paints codes (attached photo) but I'm sure these are correct

Hugh, there were no Saab dealers in Poland, never, unfortunately:/ actually I'm trying to find a restorer who can help, but it's not easy, no one is interested in repainting - buying a new non-original emblems is much easier. One way or another thanks for showing me the right way with using a brush:)
