My 94 olds98 elite is sputtering and losing power then runs fine. This was happening for a couple of days now it only runs for 30 seconds or so

Would also at times completely stall. And not start again also where is fuel filter, thought I

The fuel filter is at the rear of the car near the gas tank, also check fuel line pressure, the fuel pump may be going.
