my gas line leaking on top of the motor

Gas line leaking on top of the motor looks like from the clamps

If it's a rubber fuel line, hopefully you have enough slack in it to cut off the end and re-attach with a new clamp. A steel line might have to be replaced. The rubber one also for that matter. But please, beware, fuel leaks are a very real danger of fire.
