dont understand why the abs and traction light is on and when drive every now and then it starts a jerking motion

there's probably a separate scanner for that system and more than likely you'll have to take it to a shop ,

Might be a simple faulty wheel sensor, which will send info to the ABS system to lock up at slow speeds. your local garage can scan the car for the ABS codes and replace the part to correct the issue.
