Under hood there should be a red plastic cover with a positive symbol + connect a jumper cable here! Connect the other cable to a metal ground ( negative - ) do not connect to AC LINES OR NEGATIVE WIRES THEN CHARGE THE BATTERY (SO KEY WILL WORK) using a battery charger

How do I get under the hood if I cannot get into the car to pull the hood ? Is there an option from outside?

Then your only solution is to contact the dealership ! Get a key to open the trunk! Will probably cost less than the extreme solution ! Tearing out your grill to access the release cable to the hood latch in order to open the hood
