Car ran hot because the expansion tank broke.

replaced the expansion tank and anti freeze. Now I get an amber engine light and a code
saying restricted performance. There is also oil starting to drip

Not sure where the oil is leaking from yet, I will get under the car this weekend to search. Than kyou for your responce
