OK my frie n d pulled battery out of my jaguar x type 2004 now all lights go on but it won't turn over or go out of park

My friend pulled battery and a couple I f fuses out of my car now won't start all
lights come on but won't start

You didn't say why the battery and fuses were pulled. Make sure the battery cables are clean, put on the correct terminals and properly tightened. Sounds more like battery/starter problem than a fuse. Did replacing the fuses make those circuits work properly.
