over heating

car over heating with ac on, dont seem like fans are coming on. check fuse
ok.
replaced coolant sensor on motor. checked power at fans with key on. have
power on both sides, both fans have power on both sides.

Did you hook 12v to the fans and make sure they work? Was ground good? If the new thermostat is working right then everything should work.
