Why my Jaguar 2002 X Type 3.0 don't running on reverse

I move the handle on reverse gear on my 2002 Jaguar and do not run,
to drive forward is not a problem.

Have your transmission fluid completely drained and refilled , the drain plug is located near the driver side , you will need large wrench to open it , 3.5 will com out first , then refill with same amount with castrol multi import , then drain refill again 2 times

The refill port is located under the battery box , near the water pump belt.good luck
