Jaguar X Type Reverse Not Working

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 2.5 v6 automatic Jaguar X Type and I
am having trouble with my transmission my reverse
don't work but it drives perfect forward and I know
it's not my transmission because I replaced it twice
thinking it was the transmission but now that the
problem keeps happening I think it's just an
electrical problem does anyone know what the
problem might be ? Thanks in advance

It certainly has something to do with the transmission or the gear selector.
