Ive just bought a 2002 xtype 2.5 auto, chap said it had a slight coolent leak. however i went out this morning and found a small 6 inch round puddle of what i would say is fuel on the floor help

As above getting terrible mileage I know it wouldn't be great anyway but 3 small puddles
of fuel on drive and twice today we could smell fuel in the car would it be the pump ?

My guess wud be that , but first to check is the fuel filter that located under rear passenger side ,

Another thing to check is engine oil level , ifs it's low then the oil leaking from oil pan.
