How to fix both of my 2001 Chrysler Town and Country door windows?

Asked by migration_eas8442 May 05, 2014 at 10:05 PM about the 2001 Chrysler Town & Country LX LWB FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Both front door windows no longer go up or down. We need to find out how to fix them ourselves. Any advise you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Check your fuses/relays replace any blown fuses. If you have a current tester test the lead connections at/in the door where the motor is. If there's power but the motor isn't running replace the window motor, if there is no power there may be a short in the wire itself. Once you know where the problem is, it shouldn't take too long to fix.
