toyota camry 2007 knock sensor
I cut by accidentally the cable arnes for the knock sensor I just use regular electric tape but don't work is a check engine light coming and I see my speed reader row flickering how I can fix right ? need help

Assuming that is the only damage, you will want to solder the splice and cover it with heat-shrink wrap. Make sure there are no components along the wire that can be damaged by the heat from soldering (if you're mid-wire, should be no problem). You may also want to consider replacing that part of the harness. If you have a meter you can check your work for continuity.
