2007 toyota camry wont start

My car won't start. I replaced the radiator, ignition coil & spark plug for #3 and now it wont start. I put in a new battery, and its still the same thing. The mechanic who checked it said it might be an electrical problem. Its a 4 cylinder Japanese make

When you indicate the car will not start...do you mean the battery sounds dead...no clicking noise? Or.....the engine CRANKS OVER well.....but will not fire up...Start?

Evidently that mechanic is just guessing and not figuring out what the problem is first. He just start replacing bars hoping it’s one of those. Change mechanics asap
