If I changed my thermostat in my 2007 Toyota Camry why is my heat back to not getting hot 1 week later?

I changed the thermostat in my 07
Toyota Camry last week because my
heat wasn't blowing until you drove
the car for about 10 minutes even
after letting it warm for 10 minutes
and my heat started working fine but
now it doesn't get hot and stay hot
until you are driving whats the
problem help please

You either have an air pocket within the cooling system or you are low on radiator fluid. If fluid is good, I would buy an air bleed kit from the auto store. Another possibility is a bad radiator cap. But I've never seen one go bad on a Toyota.
Make sure you have the right thermostat, , right temp, thermostat, check, sorry but make sure it was installed correct, if losing fluid check heater core

Let's check and see IF we have hot coolant running in and out of the HEATER CORE. Start the engine up and let it warm up for about 5-10 min. Careful now....put your hand on the TOP radiator hose. It should be hot hot hot....so hot you have to take your hand away after about 1 min. Now go find the heater core HOSES. Put your hand around each of those hoses. They both should also be HOT....but not hot...hot. This is an old school method of diagnosing Cooling/Heating System problems. We used to call this the "Touchy Feely" method.
My thermostat has been change in my 2007 Toyota Camry because it was over heating but it’s still overheating what can be the problem
