2000 sierra 5.7L bogs when press accerlator even in park

Trucks bogs to 100-200 rpms when press gas pedal at all when first start.  After a short
warm up bogs when press pedal hard.  It has a new fuel pump and and filter.  After start
driving does ok (not great but ok) but can feel slight jerkiness not getting fuel.  Have
worked many 5.7L and always ends up being the fuel pump.  I bought this with the new
fuel pump which I saw the receipt for.  Could it just be a bad fuel pump?

check fuel pressure and run 2 cans of ZMAX fuel cleaner thru it... check back ....

I ran amsoil cleaner through it and hooked up pressure gauge. It is only 46 when running should be at least around 60. Computer is reading p0171 and p0174. Live data both banks go back and forth between lean and rich.
