1990 gmc k1500 electrical problems

I have a 1990 k1500 5.7 tbi the truck has no power
in the cab no headlights and no 4 ways as well as
the gages dont work ive check the main power
block on the exterior fire wall and i have power in
there as well as power in the two main silver  fuses
in the interior fuse panel could it be a ground
issue?

It very well could be, but its going to take some time and a good wiring diagram to find the bad ground or short..
