My 1994 Chevy truck 1500 turns over but won't start, please help.

Last year we put it n shop after
changing, distributor, plugs, ignition
coil, fuel pump,key filter.They
changed all same parts and the out
come was the gas had water in it and
went through injectors for $600, got
it out and it was doing same thing
then it eventually cleared up, Now it
was idling with surge n rpms, no pick
up, gas fumes, once I reach 65 runs
okay.We change icv n plugs n ran fine
for two days then it just lost all
power, n backfired n killed, Now won't
start, please help

It's my only transportation to work, just month ago drop transmission changed transmission and oil seals, and driveshaft, has new starter, alternator and battery, It has a 350 big block, wish it would just run right with all the money we've spent.

Check timing if it’s backfiring. No power then runs good at 65 mph that sounds like timing also.
