96 Chevy 1500 2wd V6 silverado

My 96 2wd v6 1500 silverado is back
firing, feels almost like it is choking when
I accelerate, and just yesterday I noticed
black spray spots and little black chunks
that looked to have came out of the tail
pipe. The check engine light is on. When
diagnostic was done it read multiple
misfire. I recently replaced the clutch
assembly (it is manual transmission),
changed oil and new oil filter, replaced
both motor mounts, new distributer cap
and rotor, new spark plugs and wires.
Anybody have suggestions about what is
wrong with it?
