my truck has a plastic grille with square headlights and i want to change it to something
like the photos

You can go on ebay and they have any type you want to fit your truck.

there are hundreds of grille styles for your truck. that grille will take more work than some others to install, but it is certainly doable. if you are VERY handy with tools you might be able to do it yourself, otherwise I would recommend taking it to a shop that specializes in truck and/or car accessories. the shop I work at would normally charge about $350 labor for something like that plus the cost of parts.
