Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck isn't getting any gas in the motor but has
gas in the flow in line passed the fuel filter.  Pour
gas directly in it. It will run for like 30 seconds if I
give it gas it instantly dies.  Got a new fuel filter
and fuel pump.  But still acting up.  I think its
clogged.  But don't know how to fix it.

New fuel pump and filter, double check the fuel pressure, the Vortec is a high pressure system, if you got the wrong pump it won't make enough to work the spyder injection system, next check for any blown injection fuses, no power no injection. From there it can get really technical, so if your not experanced with the Vortec system I suggest you let the pros go from there.
